Can the consortium that is currently operating the National Training Program apply to operate the next five year program?
Yes, any eligible institution may apply regardless of whether they have operated the program in the past or were a partner in a consortium in the past. This includes the University of Wisconsin-Stevens Point or any of the partners in this consortium. All applications will be evaluated based on the criteria established in the solicitation notice.
