Possibly. If one or both parents is of Chinese heritage, their adoptive process can be faster by approximately one month. However, the parents must submit some proof of Chinese ethnicity with their dossier such as a birth certificate of the adoptive parent, a passport showing birth place, or even a birth certificate of an adoptive grandparent.
