Can the Car Proud treatment be applied under direct sunlight or on a hot surface?
Yes, but our strong preference is to do the treatment in a covered car park bay that is also protected from the wind. If the Car Proud treatment is done in full sun there is a need to buff immediately to ensure that the solution is not allowed to “bake” into the vehicle’s finish which could cause dark spots to appear beneath each droplet. The ideal location for a treatment is well lit covered car park bay with access to all parts of the vehicle.
