Can the candidate information data be exported outside of the system if schools don’t want to use the online workflow for sifting etc?
This is possible but if done, the school or local authority will not be able to use the full workflow functionality. Taking this approach would also limit the data analysis functionality by school, local authority and nationally that will support the sector by providing information around workforce planning and value for money. However, if selection is conducted off-line to the system, it is hoped that outcome information will be input back into the system to enable value analysis.
