Actually, this question is not correct because agenTel does not use queues. AgenTel routes calls based on SBR (skill based routing), which means that it tries to match an incoming calls required skills with the skills of the agents that are available or of an agent that has become available. So, we cannot really talk about a queue as in ACD based systems.
