Can the British public bring Blair & Brown to trial as Traitors to their country?

Over the past 40 years, our democracy has gone from of the people by the people for the people, to of the politicians by the politicians for the politicians. They have created a system under which they can do pretty much anything be it intentionally or otherwise, they can make genuine screw ups or genuine and intended breaches of trust/law/will of the people, and they have stitched it up so well, that we cannot and will not ever be able to bring them to book in the proper way. The best we can do is vote out one load of incompetent cheats and vote in another.

how can you bring them to trial as traitors if they have not yet been found guilty of treason and how can the British people as one body bring about a case when not all the British people agree that they are traitors.
