Can the biscuit be brought baked or prebaked?
The biscuit can be brought baked off (entirely) or prebaked, as you wish. If necessary, the finalists can also make the biscuit or any other base during the contest, but they have to take into account that the ovens are situated in the room where they work, which can cause heat. All types of doughs are allowed as base for the cake and can be brought baked off, partially prebaked or made in place.
