Can the Axis ballast be used with Occupancy Sensors?
Yes; the ballasts are not affected by the sensors and vice-versa. A quality occupancy sensor can offer additional savings; however, we do not recommend using ultrasonic sensor technology as it’s potential for false tripping can reduce lamp life. We consider a well designed infrared sensor or a non-ultrasonic dual technology sensor a more reliable choice.
