Can the Automated Attendant take a message if all lines on my phone system are busy?
Your AccessLine Automated attendant can send a call to your Mitel 100 and if all lines on your Mitel 1000 are busy, it can “pull” the call back and take a message. To configure this, create an extension within your Automated Attendant. Within the extension enter the line phone number of the Mitel 1000. Also, within the extension, select that you want busy and unanswered calls to route to voicemail.
