Can the asset be purchased before the expiry of the leasing contract?
The user has the right, based on a written consent of Alpha Leasing Romania IFN, even before the expiry of the leasing contract, to purchase the asset, but not earlier than 12 months, according to the legal provisions in force. In this case, the cost of this transaction shall be equal to the amount of the future installments, to which the discount rate is applied, as defined in the annex regarding the asset for which the acquisition right is exercised, plus the corresponding residual value upon the expiry of the leasing contract.
