Can the ARDMS investigate anonymous complaints?
The ARDMS can only investigate complaints that provide specific information as to the identity of the ARDMS Applicant/Candidate/Registrant involved in the violation and documented evidence substantiating the violation. If you wish you may remain anonymous to the individual against whom you are filing a complaint, however you must provide the ARDMS with your contact information in the event that additional information is required to initiate an investigation into the matter you have reported. Failure to provide your name and contact information may result in closure of the investigation due to insufficient information.
