Yes. The American Express Business Card can be unlinked from the FedEx account at any time, and you will begin receiving FedEx invoices again. However if the card is unlinked, the FedEx Program discounts will no longer apply. Also, FedEx invoices paid with an American Express OPEN Business Card are ineligible for the OPEN Savings® discount.
