. Yes. With the addition of an optional external power/output cable, the AG2000 may be externally powered with a 7-24 Vdc supply. In this configuration, the batteries serve as back-up in the case of a power outage, when they will keep the meter continuously measuring and recording flow rate and total. Q. Does the AG2000 have outputs for datalogging or telemetry? A. Yes. Output pulses are opto-isolated current sinking pulses from an NPN transistor. Available pulse rates include: 1 pulse/10 gallons with 10 ms duration; 1 pulse/1000 gallons with 100 ms duration; and various pulses per gallon with a maximum Hz between 125 and 130 Hz at full flow.
