Can the Advance Parole application cause some type of problem?
If you have submitted a political asylum application and request Advance Parole to go to your country (where supposedly you do not want to return, as stated in the political asylum application), credibility of the applicant is at stake. This trip will be a point of discussion during the interview with the asylum officer. If an applicant is waiting for his Status Adjustment interview, it would be advisable to seek legal assistance because (without being aware of it) his entry may be prohibited for having been previously in an illegal status.
