Can the administration of the Research Foundation try to stop us from forming our union?

0

Federal labor law limits what the Research Foundation can do to prevent us from forming our own union. The Research Foundation has hired an outside law firm to advise them about how to stop us from forming a union, and they may hire professional union busters to conduct meetings. Oftentimes, employers spread myths about the union to ignite doubt and fear in the minds of their employees. They can even say inaccurate statements about the union to try and stop the organizing. What they cannot do is interfere in your right to participate in the union drive. They cannot ask us how we feel about the union or if we’ve attended a union meeting or talked to a union organizer.

What is your question?
