Can the active CDT clinical record be used as the base for opening new admissions in PROS and then do any additional assessments and the Individual Rehabilitation Plan?
The existing clinical record can be used, in part, as a basis for admitting an individual into a PROS and as a resource in developing an IRP for the person. The IRP is, however, different than a traditional CDT record and the services of a PROS are not the same as those offered in a CDT. OMH will still require that an IRP is developed which is both reflective of the goals of the individual and of the PROS services the individual will be participating in.
