All questions in the Self-Evaluation Checklists are linked to a corresponding JCAHO standard to facilitate preparation for JCAHO review. The ACCF and JCAHO are currently discussing options regarding use of the CQI Worksheets for the accreditation process as well. The features in the ACC-CathKIT® are intended for facilities to show evidence of performance improvement and action planning.
