You can’t actually get a teenage sim pregnant, but you can make them have a baby with an adult sim. Use the “boolprop testingcheatsenabled true” cheat in the neighbourhood. Then enter the house, and hold shift and click on any of your sims. In the menu, click ‘spawn’ and then ‘tombstone of l and d’ and a tombstone will appear. Then choose an adult sim, and click on the tombstone. Choose ‘Get pregnant with…’ then select your teenage sim. Then the adult sim will have a baby with the teenage sim you selected.
