No teasing a cat with laser pointers wont’ harm them. If you shine it right in their eyes then yes. My kitten loves chasing the laser around the house. I get him to the point to where he’s panting. It’s funny watching cats chase the laser around the house. Plus it gives them a reason to get rid of some of the kitty energy they have.
