Can teachers set their own grading categories?

0

To facilitate the initial configuration process for teachers, each individual teacher’s Gradebook is setup with the following default category groups and weights. (1) Assignments=40% (2) Homework=20% (3) Class Participation=10% (4) Quizzes=10% (5) Exams=10% (6) Projects=10% The default category values listed above should provide CPS teachers with a useful baseline. However, teachers have the flexibility to add/delete categories and adjust weights to accommodate their unique classroom model. The IMPACT team highly recommends that teachers solidify their Gradebook categories before adding individual assignments. Deleting a Gradebook category deletes all assignments associated with that category.
