Can teachers in other subject areas or grades participate in the study?
No. Due to the design and nature of the research study, teachers are eligible to participate in the project only if they teach Math and/or English Language Arts in grades 4 through 8, Algebra I at the high school level, Biology (or its equivalent) at the high school, or English in grade 9. Note: If a teacher changes the school, grade or subject they teach in the 2010-2011 school year, they may not be able to participate in the second year of the study.
