yes they can the skin will stretch out and make the tattoo look fade and poorly done but if you did get one and then got pregant your artist can tuch it up after the baby is born just i think you shouldnt cuz that can cost you just that much more money i think girls should never get them on their low back, stomach, ribs, or hips untill they are down with childern
