TAP classes can be conducted off-site from the base, with the agreement of the partners participating in TAP – DOD, VA, etc. The training could be conducted at a one-stop center or other facility. Any rental costs incurred for off-site training cannot be charged to either of the DVOP/LVER grant programs.
