Since the kits cost substantially, insurance is recommended, unless you prepare to take risk. Do your sums. Calculate the total cost of ordering in yourself from overseas. Bare in mind GST is chargeable in Singapore if the total value exceeds S$400. Once received the shipment, check every item in the kit to see if anything missing. Test that the Tamiya electronics are functioning. Any problem, you have to check with the seller as its between you and the seller.
