Can Swiss-Tresor recover my key phrase or my Private Key for me if Ive forgotten/lost them?
Definitely no. The Passphrase and the Private Key are exclusively stored on your system; they are your responsiblity. In case of loss Swiss-Tresor can neither reset nor recover your Passphrase or Private Key, simply because they are unkown to us. We exclusively use your Login Name and the response to a mutual challenge/response exchange to identify you as our customer. We even explicitely exclude taking notice of your Passphrase or Private Key and will never ask you for them.
