Yes, if the water is de-chlorinated and has a pH between 6 and 9. Otherwise it will need to be discharged to the sanitary sewer. Filter backwash or water turned septic must also drain to the sanitary sewer. Small wading pools filled with non-chlorinated potable water may be drained to the storm sewer provided the water is not septic.
