No, the Foundation does not cover transportation to the project site if it is not local to Swarthmore College. If you are proposing a project which will require travel to a distant site (away from the Philadelphia metropolitan region), you should have a fairly good idea of how you will pay for the travel by the time you arrive for your interview with the Swarthmore Foundation committee.
