Can Susan create a custom figure for me/ for my organization?
We regret that Susan cannot create custom figures for individuals or organizations. We’re usually able to suggest groupings of figures or alternate existing figures that might capture a similar sentiment to what you’re wanting. However, all requests and letters are forwarded to Susan so she knows what customers are wanting, and what might be missing from the current product line.
