Can supplements cause overdose?

This is a good question because the FDA would have all of us believe that you can get to many vitamins and they are right if you are taking synthetic or man made vitamins. Remember synthetic means plastic made to fit the same receptor cites in the body as do organic or naturally occurring vitamins. These foreign substances will fool the body for a short period of time the same way synthetic pain killers do. The problem with plastic vitamins is that they only trick your body for a short period of time then they fail to work. If you take too many of these your receptor cites will eventually clog up and it may take years to eliminate them. In the mean time the receptor cites are clogged blocking the organic vitamins from being able to do the job. On the other hand organic vitamins will be utilized and eliminated leaving the body healthier and ready for more organic vitamins. It is impossible to take to many organic vitamins into your body so make sure you know from whom you are buying you
