Yes. All Superpack applications will be entered into the appropriate landowner (25% of the permits) or regular Any-Deer lotteries. A Superpack application will not be entered into the bonus deer lottery if they have already been issued a Superpack deer permit. Superpack license holders will most likely win one permit. They will not win two permits.
