Can sumbodys mom really send their daughters boyfriend to jail just beause hes 18?
Nobody’s mom can send anybody to jail. Nobody has ever gone to jail because of their age. Folks go to jail because they broke a law, and then only after they are charged and go to trial. Judging from all the questions you have posted, you are in a panic. I reckon her mom found out and threw a conniption. Calm down. Her mom’s upset at her daughter as much as at you. She is threatening you with jail out of anger more than anything. If she is all that upset, does she really want to put her daughter through the publicity of a trial? The mom will have to first contact the police, after the police have done a little investigation ( talking to you, the girl,the mom, your parents) they may report it to the District Attorney, the DA will investigate, more of that talking. The DA will decide if it is important enough to spend the State’s time and money on taking the case to court.
