Not likely, Wallboard is made of gypsum and cardboard. Even though gypsum is hydrated calcium sulphate CaSO4*2H2O, the sulpher is bound tightly. It is also behind a layer of fiberboard and paint. You get much more sulpheric acid in your body from contact with precipitation and breathing than you will realize from wallboard.
