Yes, most probably. Part of the Sugar on a Stick vision is to integrate the server software with the LMS. So if a teacher puts in a lesson plan that they will want the students to view in a video, we could write software that will prefetch the video and cache it on a local server. This could definitely improve the user experience in schools with bandwidth issues.
