When this happens it is converted into cholesterol so that the level of sugar in the blood gets reduced to a proper amount. One of the many foods that cause acid reflux is chocolate as well as any foods that have high content of fat. One way to control it is to eliminate high fat content foods as well as high caloric foods such as chocolates. This will help your body in eliminating the symptoms of acid reflux.
