Can subscriptions start at any time?
Subscriptions can start on the 1st of any month and the annual fee will be prorated until the end of the relevant subscription year – either 31 July 2009, 31 July 2010, or 31 July 2011. For example, if a subscription starts on 1 September 2009, the fee for the 2009/10 subscription year will be 11/12ths of the total for that year. Schools can join existing buying groups, or take out subscriptions to additional resources within a buying group, during the course of a subscription year. The price per learner will be the same as that agreed for the buying group at the start of the subscription. It will be recalculated at the start of the next subscription year.
