They will be able to login to your customized site/web-presence and be able to review and manage their service needs. They will be able to check/manage voicemail, view call detail records in near real time, view billing and payment history in addition to managing many of their calling features. The information that is provided is quite detailed. The goal is to provide as much information to the customer/subscriber, thus eliminating many customer/support service calls.
