Can stun gun kill some one?
Yes they can. That is why they are termed Less Lethal weapons not Non Lethal weapons. A person in good health SHOULD be able to handle a shock from a stun gun or tazer. Just like there is a very small portion of the population is allergic to cayenne pepper unfortunately police don’t know this when they are forced to use it on a suspect. Having odd health conditions can turn even the safest method to subdue a suspect lethal.
