Can students who are not admitted to the LER program take LER classes?
Graduate students in CCM or COB may register for graduate level LER classes. Students majoring in other areas and non-matriculating students may take LER courses if they obtain special permission from the instructor. Should the non-matriculating student later be accepted into the MA LER program, a maximum of 9 credit hours may count toward the MA LER program requirements. Additional general information on Graduate School Rules and Questions can be found in the MA LER Handbook.
