Yes, they only need to choose the frame where the posts are viewed, but in the chat room they need to use the mouse to COPY all the information in the chat room and save it to a word processor for later printing. Note that some java-based chat rooms do NOT allow one to copy the text in the chat room. Check with the institution’s chat room administrator.
