Can students place requests for their professors?
Yes, but • Books should be requested using the professor’s Interlibrary Services account since books MUST be requested in the name of the person who will be responsible for them. • Professors should select a password other than their K-State password so it can be shared with the student who will enter the requests. • Submitting requests on the professor’s Interlibrary Services account retains the history of requested materials in his/her account, and allows ILS staff to have contact information when the student leaves the university.
