Yes. MCPS form 560-50; Request for SSL Pre approval must be completed and submitted for approval prior to the accumulation of SSL hours with any nonprofit organization not listed as pre-approved for SSL. MCPS form 560-50 may be picked up at any middle or high school or downloaded from the www.MCPSSSL.org website. The nonprofit organization, parent and student agree to criteria stated on the form.
