Can students get involved in mooting at Kent?
Yes, we offer extensive opportunities for students to get involved in mooting (mock courtroom situations where students prepare and present legal arguments as if they were legal advocates). Students can either take part in moots as a voluntary activity, or (from the second year onwards) as a substitute for an academic assessment. In the later case, moots are judged by an academic member of staff and by a County Court Judge.
