Yes! Not only can students earn credit for outside activities and life experiences, but they are encouraged to do so. Families are given a wealth of ideas and suggestions for living and learning from simple activities designed to supplement the basic/traditional subject areas to recommendations for more extensive projects such as field trips, and more. When one of our students was a young child, he and his mother drove past a large elementary school. He wanted to know what it was.
