No, Sto Guard is not a masonry waterproofer. It would not be practical to waterproof masonry surfaces with Sto Guard. Typically, masonry surfaces such as Concrete Masonry Units (CMU) require a “filler” material to fill the pores. Depending on the desired appearance it may also be necessary to fill mortar joints to make them flush.
