Yes, however this is not recommended. The stipend was designed in part to allow students to concentrate on their studies and their fieldwork without the distractions of having to hold an outside job. Students who do choose to work while participating in the program are encouraged to keep their hours to a minimum. Students cannot work in an agency that receives Title IV-E funds such as the county child welfare agency while a Title IV-E recipient.
