Can sterile people have orgasms?
Yes. The two really have nothing to do with each other. Sterile means unable to produce an offspring. It has nothing to do with the ability to have sex or achieve orgasm. A male, for example, can be potent (able to perform sexually, and have orgasms) but still be sterile (unable to produce sperm); or he could be fertile (producing sperm) but impotent (unable to complete sexual intercourse because he’s either unable to have an orgasm or unable to get an erection, or both; it is possible to have an orgasm without an erection). A female can’t really be impotent (so long as she has a vagina, she can always have sexual intercourse), but she may or may not be able to have children (produce eggs and carry fertilized eggs to term, that is, may be fertile or may be sterile), and may or may not be able to orgasm (the ability to orgasm has no effect on fertility in women).
