Yes. However, we recommend that our LTD partners refer claims on an ongoing basis so that claimants are put into ‘the pipeline’ as soon as possible. This method reduces the waiting time for SSDI claims as well as for the repayment of the LTD overpayment and offsetting of future LTD claim payouts. SSDC will provide any necessary assistance in implementing a consistent referral process.
