Yes. Our Disability Overpayment Recovery (DOR) process is designed to ensure our LTD partner will be reimbursed the amount of any overpaid LTD benefits immediately upon the claimant’s receipt of retroactive SSDI benefits. This is done via wire transfer of funds directly from the claimant’s bank account to the LTD partner’s bank account.
