Yes. Cleaners can definitely motivation you to have issues beside your sinuses. You are obviously sensitive to the chemicals surrounded by 409 so try switching to a different cleaner other than 409. I recommend something approaching Clorox Multi-Surface. It comes in a bluish bottle and at hand is not really a strong odor.
