No. Even though SPECweb2009 workloads are based on SPECweb2005, the inclusion of the Power component changes the way the benchmark is run. Therefore public comparisons of SPECweb2005 (or other SPECweb results) to SPECweb2009 results would be considered a violation of the run and reporting rules.
